Jeffrey Joseph Botelho has been convicted of committing lewd acts with a child and is a registered sex offender. He has failed to register as a sex offender pursuant to California Penal Code 290.  Botelho's last know location was Indio, California and he may also be in the Colton, California area.. There is a felony warrant for Botelho's arrest.
