Dewayne Masterson has been convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old and is a registered sex offender.  He has failed to register as a sex offender pursuant to California Penal Code 290.  Masterson's was last known to be in the areas of Banning, Whitewater, and Los Angeles, California.  There is a felony warrant for Masterson’s arrest.
